Returns and Refund policy
Our refund policy is simple. We want to make the online art buying process as smooth and seamless as possible. We’ll accept products back for any reason, within 14 days of receiving the product, and issue a full refund, once we’ve received the product back. The product(s) must be undamaged to be eligible for a refund and a partial refund is not possible if the artwork is damaged in any way. In cases where the artwork is damaged in transit, we will work to find a suitable replacement or other arrangement. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
