Heaven Prevails – 8×10″

I don’t normally paint abstracts, but I was playing around with some new techniques this emerged. It started as random shapes and colors, but then it started to resemble golden towers (it’s reflective, gold colored paint). And then the area to the right began to look like dark, crashing waves. Almost like you’d see during a hurricane. In the end the impression I was left with was harsh waves crashing against golden towers. And the towers stayed strong.

This was a really fun piece to make and I hope it blesses you.
