In my life, God is continually inviting me to take Him at His word, to believe His promises for me. To believe that He is trustworthy at all times. To know that He is my good Father and protector and defender. It’s a time of exchanging the lies I’ve believed about Him and even myself for His truth. His character of kindness is all over the Bible. And every day, He is whispering His faithfulness to me and telling me who I am in His eyes.
This is the verse I felt goes with this season and this painting. “I said, ‘Plant the good seeds of righteousness, and you will harvest a crop of love. Plow up the hard ground of your hearts, for now is the time to seek the Lord, that he may come and shower righteousness upon you.’”
